Robotic experiments & material construction
A collaborative workshop linking small-scale robotic spray experiments, pneumatic-membrane construction and a manually built spatial prototype.

Form, structure and fabrication
Algorithmic modelling, structural analysis and fabric segmentation connect the digital form to a buildable membrane system. The diagrams trace these decisions from form to fabrication.

Layers and assembly
The assembly brings together a supporting base, membrane and subsequent material layers. The exploded drawing explains the relationship between the parts before the construction sequence.
Two scales of making
Robotic spraying was carried out in small-scale prefabrication experiments. The final spatial structure was constructed manually because of the difference in scale. This distinction explains the transition from the robotic experiment to the site work.

The built outcome
Completion photographs and an interior membrane view document the physical work at different stages. My contributions include trajectory design, structural analysis and on-site calibration within the team.
